A conversation with a friend got me thinking about the pressure to start something new as an already formed, planned, and polished production. I prefer when things are raw and forming somewhat in real time.
I think it’s good for things to be rough around the edges but these days it feels like these are a lot of “brands” that feel like pretty wrapping around an empty box.
I’d rather have an unwrapped gift handed to me by someone.
